An evaluated NL-to-SQL workflow for business teams
Built a two-agent natural-language-to-SQL workflow that helps product and operations teams query business data, execute SQL, and inspect visual outputs without analyst translation.

Building a general-manager operations agent for daily property operations, scoped across five operating functions and piloting at 40 UK and Europe properties against efficiency and accuracy criteria I defined.

Android launch and retention systems for a learning product
Launched and improved the Android app, pairing engagement analytics, onboarding improvements, web-to-app migration, and content automation to grow subscribers and early retention.

Honasa Consumer Limited: Mamaearth, Aqualogica, BBlunt, and Yotobox
Growing Aqualogica and acquisition systems across Honasa brands
Progressed from product management into sole ownership of Aqualogica's D2C website, alongside Mamaearth acquisition, brand launches, referral systems, and scalable ecommerce infrastructure.
